How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (June through September) and December holidays, we recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead. Off-season tours can often be arranged with shorter notice.
Do you offer private tours?
Absolutely. Most of our services can be arranged as private experiences for individuals, couples, or groups. Private tours offer flexibility in scheduling and personalized pacing.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the tour receive a full refund. Between 7-13 days, we refund 50%. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though we try to reschedule when possible.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please mention any dietary requirements when booking, and we'll ensure all food experiences cater to your needs. Austria offers excellent options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free travelers.
